A 23-year-old woman who went missing after arranging a date via an escort website was found dead Monday behind the People's Clinic in Detroit, WXYZ. She was naked from the waist down.
WXYZ reported Tuesday that the woman has now been positively identified as Cynthia Worthy. The stations cites unnamed sources.
The station reports that Worthy was stabbed once in the chest. She was last seen Friday before she was supposed to meet up with a man she met through the website, backpage.com.
